Summer Research Projects
Members of staff in the Probability Group are happy for students to contact them about summer internships and research projects. There are a number of schemes which the School of Mathematics and Statistics participates in, these can be listed below with brief descriptions.
The only option on this list which is externally funded. Students should contact staff if they are interested in applying for one of these four to eight week projects. Staff and student pairs will write and submit project descriptions/ applications together.

Students independently apply for four week projects with staff already attached. No need to contact staff members about these projects.
Probability Group Internships
If the other schemes are not appropriate, the group may be able to access funds in exceptional circumstances to accommodate certain situations.
